Spanish learning DVDs are becoming a more and more popular means of teaching kids the Spanish language. There are many titles to choose from. Most of which are not only educational but highly entertaining as well. In fact, some adults find that they pick languages up faster while watching videos for children. I do not find that the least bit surprising as I am one of those adults.

Most Spanish learning DVDs are based on popular and lovable characters which boosts the fun factor, others focus on music to help children remember the lessons better.

Little Pim
Little Pim is a lovable Panda and he helps teach children up to the age of 5 the basics of the Spanish language. More than 180 Spanish words are used. With the help of Lola the Elephant and Bob the Bobcat, Little Pim makes learning Spanish fun for the whole family.

Learning a new language is more effective if you get to practice is it often. The Little Pim Spanish learning DVDs explores situations and events which happen everyday like Eating and Drinking, Playtime and Counting, which makes it very convenient to practice the new phrases learned.

Hola Amigos is a really fun series. It is about a chihuahua named Paco and his family and their adventures which can take place in the kitchen or a restaurant in the city. Together, along with Pepe The Clown, Paco and his family teach kids Spanish in a truly enjoyable manner. Kids will enjoy the sing-a longs while learning how to count, how to recite the alphabet and lots of other things.

It should be noted that Hola Amigos has won the Parent’s Choice Gold Award, Kid’s First Endorsement and the Cine Golden Eagle Award.

This series comes in 3 DVDs. Each DVD is 55 minutes long.
